@redcross use to run a #safeandwell #database but now the website says that survivors should use the cellular service and #socialmedia to reunite families after a #climateemergency, but as we learned after #Helene and #Milton these services may not be available. I listened to #healthandWelfare nets on some of the local repeaters during the recovery. But what if you don’t know any #amateurradio operators in your community?
