The book, being written in 2014, hasn't aged well regarding #Korean #food #hansik
Just five years ago, approaching J-hopes birthday, we decided to cook a Korean meal at home, and it was so difficult to get ingredients #uk So much has changed in that time!! I guess the work by Korean government to promote the dishes played a part, but I think both #kpop & #kdrama had an unofficial influence on foreigners seeking different Korean dishes ( not on the official promotional lists)
