Pour l'occasion, la Délégation générale à la langue française et aux langues de France (DGLFLF) réunissait ses acteurs à l’Institut de France. En présence du chancelier de l’Institut, Xavier Darcos, la ministre de la Culture clôtura les échanges. Et d'en profiter pour partager une histoire aux accents de déjà-vu…

all #libraries get free copies, permanently
Copyright will vary from country to country, but from what I remember way back, all #publishers had to send two free-of-charge copies to the national library.
Is this still the case in the US?
If so, how has it ever been legal that an #ebook self-destructs after a few readings?!?
