I'm passionated about how to achieve #GroupCreativity, either it is in #SoftwareEngineering or #TTRPG. I like #Complexity, #Leadership, and #SystemThinking, and I believe in #GenerativeCulture and that #Management can be a valuable activity rather than just a supervising or servant position.
