On the bright side—Canada’s gonna tariff red states’ products, I heard that includes peanut butter—so we’ll be swimming it!
Of course #GreedyCapitalists will raise prices across the board & blame all the increases on tariffs, like they did when we had supply chain issues—it didn’t affect everything but the price-gougers told us it did!
I want to leave room for locally owned and run funeral home, doctor, pharmacy, etc but otherwise I think it’s immoral for government and companies and people to profit from other people’s pain, punishment, sickness, and death. The incentive to benefit from it as we reach end stage capitalism and a dying planet is terrible.

Parents constantly bragging how their kids know this and that.
Never have I heard a parent say, "My child weeps whenever they see a stray cat or dog and go comfort them."
Why? Because previous generations were taught to be good little workers, to serve the economy, to serve greedy capitalists like Elon Musk.

My regular cat food manufacturer has recently changed their product that I buy for Rosey the #cat. Since the switch I have noticed that she has been hungry alot more often. I have just checked the pouch size/recommend portion and see that they have changed. Instead of 2-3 pouches they have upped it to 3-4 meaning that I have to buy more pouches - and of course they are still the same price!
