The end of a 15-year habit of switch input language button position on the Google Keyboard.
The end of a 15-year habit of switch input language button position on the Google Keyboard.
I'm going to uninstall Gboard (Google Keyboard) again. It's been garbage lately I don't know why I keep trying to make it work.
If anyone has any recommendations for an Android keyboard, please reply!
Quite by accident, I discovered how to hide the toolbar that appears above the Google keyboard!
Previously, I had scoured the settings and forums in hopes of learning how to hide it, but had discovered no solution.
In the keyboard settings, select "Text correction", then toggle off the "Show suggestion strip" option.
If you care more about making the toolbar disappear than using the correction-suggestion function, your problem is solved!

I wrote a text to a friend in France. My keyboard recognised what I was doing and changed languages, as per.
Then the keyboard disappeared halfway through and an update happened. Now my French keyboard looks completely different.
...
Has the Francophoic world changed away from the AZERTY layout? My finger muscle memory is completely blindsided by this.

The new 8pen is out! http://goo.gl/v6hXb. And there's a game too: http://goo.gl/Qvpiw New videos: http://youtu.be/KSPOYzwXJe0?hd=1, http://youtu.be/7-5nm4ZPMqI?hd=1 The 8pen allows for the replacement of the conventional keyboard on all devices capable of detecting gestures, in particular mobile phones with touch screens, modern remote controls or game controllers. Its advantage lies mainly in the fact that it is possible to input text faster than using conventional layouts on small devices, while at the same time mimicking human hand-writing. Moreover, the simplicity of the gestures involved greatly reduces the problem of mistyping that frequently occurs with the classical layout due to the lack of space. For the same reason, it is possible to write without viewing, as only the central region is needed as a reference for starting and ending a movement. Learn more at: http://www.8pen.com
Why does #GoogleKeyboard have English (US) Morse Code but does not have English (IE) ?
