Love this brass inlay in the threshold of the Tollbooth Bar at Glasgow Cross. This bar, along with the neighbouring tenements, was designed in a Scots Renaissance style by J.J. Burnet and was built in 1899. They were constructed for the Caledonian Railway Company, and the complex includes a ventilation opening for railway tunnel below.
