Gets off to a slow start, but then she shares her quite informed perspective, from the general ethos of the '70s to interior design trends and how this all ties in with the Stephen West #MKAL #Geogradient. West took his design inspiration for the shawl from 1970s wallpapers. So interesting, her take!

Check out this lady in Germany who knits... @PinkQueenYarns. She owns a yarn store and all her samples are worked up in pink palettes. She vigorously explores the color, and has a great eye for patterns. A WestKnits test knitter - check out what she did with Shifting Chevrons and #Geogradient! Here we go, completed the first section of mosaic on Stephen West's Mosaic Musings shawl. Finally!

Spent most of the week knitting, tearing out, knitting again, switching needles, switching projects, more knitting and unknitting. So POW! Finally hitting on all cylinders.

Not sure about proceeding with the #Geogradient shawl MKAL, I'm having a hard time getting back in the swing of things. We'll see!

Continuing gratitude @ConsumableJoy and #FallFinishAlomg... Had an unexpectedly crappy week (war, anyone?), but today summoned fortitude 2 sort thru patterns, edit queue.

Then went thru yarn, took first hard look - what works w what, checked weights etc. Made sure all zip-bagged.
