Companies are choosing reporting formats the way I choose breakfast cereal, accessibility is out the window, reports from 2022 have vanished, and while I'm proud of my work on a temporary central portal, the lack of an official portal is truly one of the biggest disappointments about this legislation.

Alright y'all. It's December and that means that gender pay gap reports are coming. There's over 400 entries in my database for 2022, so that's a lot of googling for me to be doing. If you want to help, keep an eye out for companies dropping their 2023 report and send em my way!
