Bin U50, die paar Jahre werden nicht den Unterschied machen.
Vielleicht eher die alleinerziehende Mutter, deren Berufsleben vom #Genderpaygap und einem Studiumsverbot durch ihre Eltern geprägt war.
Oder der #Gesamtschule in #NRW, in der im letzten Jahrhundert schon der #Genderzwang im Schulunterricht so normal war, das niemanden dort ein Zacken aus seinem #Penis gebrochen ist.

Lets be clear; there is a gender pay gap because men have ensured they are paid more....

Today's #grandma recording from October 2021 I couldn't transcribe in one round. I is 28:44 long and I had to stop after 20 minutes and over 160 bulleted lines of notes.
It mainly revolved around the mandatory social year, grandma did at her aunt Sophie #Steurenthaler ( https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Steurenthaler-54 ), who lost her husband to the war in that time. She was crying all day for months, which made grandma furious. She promised herself, that she would never be like this. And she said, she wasn't, when her own husband passed away about 20 years later.
After she left from Sophie, since that one didn't have work for her anymore, she managed to work for an evacuated orphanage in her neighborhood. She had huge fights with her dad about it, since she made 1 Mark an hour, while he only received 38 Pfennig with working in the forest for the state. I found it funny, that this story popped up this close to #InternationalWomensDay, where #GenderPayGap is one of the central topics usually.

V posledním kvartále roku 2025 rostly průměrné mzdy rychleji, než očekávali analytici i trh. Víc peněz v peněženkách je pro byznys fajn: roste spotřeba. Na druhou stranu je kvůli rychlosti mzdového růstu ve střehu ČNB, která se nepožene do snižování sazeb a zlevňování úvěrů.
