Warum riskiert die #Bundesregierung lieber eine Vertragsverletzungsstrafe als endlich #EqualPay umzusetzen?

Sometimes the small things matter; it seems that Govt. advice to tweak job adverts to make them more gender neutral, as a way of expanding female applicants for vacancies in male dominated sectors (and jobs) has had a slow but positive impact.
There's plenty of other structural impediments that continue to reinforce the gender pay gap, but removing disincentives from job adverts (by using more neutral language & descriptors of roles) seems to work.
