Future's Edge: Gareth L. Powell
I am a big fan of Gareth's works. I tend to get through them very quickly as I can't stop reading, and this one was no exception. Characters, dialogue, pacing all up to the usual high standard.
However, many aspects of it did feel a little familiar. Not a bad thing, and I have been gorging a little on science fiction in the past year or two so themes are bound to overlap.
