Ugh, the spider mites are taking over my balcony garden.

I know I can't use neem oil safely.

I need to figure out how to do garlic water?

Maybe get ladybugs or lacewings?

I'm in the process of going through each plant physically, wiping leaves and showering them when I can.

What else can I do? Companion plants? Arrange pots a certain way? I have only an apartment's worth of ability to handle big garden problems.
