J'ai quelques question sur #funkwhale

Comment ont peut suivre d'autres instance Funwhale ? Est-ce que les artistes/album d'une instance suivit apparait dans "Explorer" ? Si non, où est-ce qu'on peut les voir.

Y a-t-il moyen d'éditer les métadonnées (d'un album) par groupe ou paquet, sans être obliger de faire pleins de c/c ?

If you're putting content on FunkWhale, bear in mind that channels can be followed from Mastodon etc but accounts cannot be.

So, if you want people to follow your FunkWhale content from elsewhere on the Fediverse, it's your FunkWhale channel address(es) that you want to advertise.

To make clear:

-Following a FunkWhale channel works fine, just as expected. You can paste the address into Mastodon etc and click follow.

-Trying to follow a FunkWhale account from Mastodon etc doesn't work, it just brings up a "follow request" message that is never resolved.

The Fediverse music, podcast and audio platform @funkwhale has lots of apps, there's an official list here:

https://funkwhale.audio/en_US/apps

Most of the apps work through a protocol called Subsonic. Subsonic apps will work with Funkwhale, even if they aren't labelled as being specifically for Funkwhale.

(Note that you have to enable Subsonic compatibility in your Funkwhale account in order to use Subsonic apps.)
