These tiny fungi cover dead lilac stumps, cascading down and around it. They are about the size of a thumbnail, and I have no idea what they are. Are they tiny turkeytail?

It has no gills on the underside

Instead there is what appears to be a hexagonal honeycomb that has been collapsed
