One of the best things about #FreshHop season is that fresh hop beers are available everywhere! I enjoyed these two at On Tap (taphouse and food cart pod in #BendOregon) a couple of weeks back – #StormBreakerBrewing Fresh Hop Oregon IPA and #GreatNotionBrewing Fresh Hop Easy Lift IPA – and now, On Tap has 7(!) fresh hop beers pouring. It really is the best season! Cheers! 🍻
I'm still posting the various #FreshHop beers I've been enjoying this year, and I really liked this year's Fresh Hop Triple Double Imperial IPA from #StormBreakerBrewing. It's got a big fresh lupulin aroma with an herbal touch of yarrow. The flavor has a nice big bitterness with a punch of fruity herb and candied apricot. Cheers! 🍻
Earlier this week we treated my brother to some #FreshHop birthday beers at the #HorseBrassPub in #PortlandOregon. I enjoyed Fresh Hop Phaedrus IPA from #CulminationBrewing, brewed with fresh Strata hops, and Fresh Hop Extra StormBreaker (ESB) from #StormBreakerBrewing, brewed with fresh Tettnang hops. It's a great time of the year to have a birthday! Cheers! 🍻
When it comes to the sheer number of #FreshHop beers brewed, it's hard to beat #StormBreakerBrewing, who released more than I could get my hands on this year. I don't know the final number, but here are three more StormBreaker beers that I had. Cheers!
My third #FreshHop #beer of the season was Handfuls of Fresh Hops #IPA from #StormBreakerBrewing, brewed with fresh #CentennialHops. StormBreaker has released a bunch of fresh hop beers this year, but this first one tasted pretty good! Cheers!
