#Kochen kann sehr beruhigend sein. Wenn man keinen Zeitdruck hat, einem keiner Vorschriften macht, was und wie gekocht werden soll und wenn man dann vielleicht noch die Musik oder den Podcast seiner Wahl am Start hat.
