@die_Ergo ich habe das zu Hause gelernt, aber vieles aktiv verlernt, als ich ausgezogen war, da ich auch nicht so hohe Ansprüche habe. Mir hilft derzeit das sehr vereinfachte und reduzierte System der #flylady was vor allem beinhaltet, dran zu bleiben und jeden Tag ein bisschen was zu machen (aufräumen, putzen). Es dauert, aber ich vermeide dadurch Gewaltputzaktionen.

Ich versuche gerade, meinen Haushalt mit kleinen Routinen besser zu organisieren, abgeschaut von der #flylady (das hat nichts mit Fliegen 🪰zu tun, sondern mit Finally Loving Yourself, bei mir besser Finally Loving the Haushalt). Meine Frage an die #Fedieltern #elternbubble

I have been sick wit the runs on and off for at least nine days now. I haven't had more than a 24 hour period where I feel healthy, stomachwise. I feel the need to push and push today, despite my exhaustion. Sometimes I need to settle at "his is good enough for today" and just let things be. I can't control everything, and I don't want to be in control.

Jumping back into #BulletJournal, and #FlyLady, but I realize now that I need to add #43Folders to make things really work.

I'm trying to implement a #housework routine. I love and thrive with routine but I'm really bad at creating and sticking to them.
I'm trying a mixture of The Organised Mum Method ( #TOMM)and #Flylady, (although I'm less keen on her recently due to her politics) she has some useful ideas.
Monday is supposed to include a #HomeBlessingHour and TOMM'S daily focus for Monday is the living room.
I'm quite pleased with how it has gone. Now I'm exhausted though.
