Just tried Trader Joes’s plant-based ‘fish’ fillets and enjoyed it.

They’re made with #jackfruit and #mushrooms so they have a nice savory favor and perhaps a somewhat similar flakey, soft, consistency as a real fried fish fillet. Was good with a little creamy dill sauce too.

So it should be: dip in flour, then dip in egg, then dip in bread crumbs. Afterwards, it goes to the frying pan. #fishfillet
