Is there a Mastodon (or equivalent ActivityPub microblog software) instance that blocks both Threads and Bluesky?

Bonus points if it’s a long-standing and stable instance that would be expected to be around for a long time.

Need some Fediverse help to find a new Friendica instance (or Hubzilla). Mine is shutting down and while yes I could use Fedi Directory, instead I wanna try a FediAdoption type strategy. AI has made it miserable for hosts to keep open reg, but I don't know anyone on the invite code servers, plus I wanna help spread the population around by not just going to the big instances. It's not very decentral if we're all in the same instance. Any instances willing to adopt me? Deets:

What I'm like to host:
- Light data footprint I think. I don't upload images or vid. I don't amass followers. I don't chase engagement nor regurgitate the content mills. I make long form posts but they're *usually* under 5k characters, i think the biggest was maybe 20k tops (Friendica has something like a 200k limit i have never come close to hitting that afaik)
- To my knowledge my instance admin(s) have never had to take moderation action against me.
- I like to welcome new users to the local instance
- Unwilling to assist with moderation tasks. It's too close to my day job, need a space where I'm not responsible for that despite its importance.

What I'm looking for in an instance:
- Allows long form posts
- Mid sized instance population (even a small instance can work too)
- Allows import of the profile data from my old instance (7.4 kb of contacts, 7 kb of profile data, although this will likely shrink as I prune off inactive contacts from the list). Not a deal breaker would just be nice.
- Allows english posting; to a limited degree I can read german and italian but I'm not conversational. However, I still like to read and practice so a non-english instance would be fine for me. Also open to other languages if you don't mind me posting in english.

Other factors that may matter to either of us:
- I'm in a US territory
- You can view my older publicly visible posts, but generally I TEND to talk about: fediverse and fediverse recruitment; social media ramifications; some politics especially where it intersects with technology and entertainment/art/music; solarpunk; foss; home labs; linux; xmpp; matrix; and how much I hate generative AI.

Happy to answer any questions for auditioning for your instance. This instance I'm on shutters at the end of the year, after that I'll likely fall back to federating my wordpress blog as a stop gap until I find a new Friendica home. Thanks for your help!

For newcomers and others looking to switch to modest-sized well moderated instances with open registration, @FediGarden has a listing.

I can also recommend the instance I am on, tenforward.social, although it has a very modest minimum financial contribution commitment requirement for new registrations.
