Yes, the account is marked as a bot, but there doesn't appear to be an opt-in / opt-out or other information about the bot. And if I take it's posts at face value, it looks like it is using the posts it can see as training information.
@dalias I encourage folks to tell others about their harassment, even if it's through a DM. I've stood up against jerks and I'm not afraid to bring attention to offending accounts. I know that's not ideal, but putting that out there...
