the truth is what isFinally watched the 2021 #Melvins doc “Colossus of Destiny” (free w/ #Fandor trial on Amazon Prime).
While it has tons of great anecdotes & info about the band, its marred by low-quality production.
Each interview w/ a different person seems to have been recorded w/ a different camera and different audio & video quality—and this is nowhere near consistent.
As a result, viewers need to watch this documentary with remote in hand to constantly change volume & audio settings…ironic since the Melvins have been pushing out high-quality audio recordings for decades. 1/3
