consumableJoyThe Snowflake slippers are officially done, ends all woven in. Unblocked but I’m not really planning to block them anyway. Cast on and finished in extended #FallFinishAlong! The pics show outside view of too and bottom and side view of inside and outside. The slippers use twined knitting on the instep for stretchiness and stranded knitting on the sole. Done! Took a couple months since I kept this one explicitly at work, but it's finally finished. With Lakitus and stoplight the race is ready to start! This was done on 14 count Lincoln, my mother-in-law corrected me on the fabric, with three threads.
The project itself was fun, progress felt very good, but I'm not a fan of three threads. I couldn't pin stitch well with it so towards the end I started burying my thread.

Dug this out of hibernation to finish up for my niece's birthday next month.
Honestly, the pattern sucked. It wasn't that complicated but the instructions are SO terrible. And it's not just me, there's whole blogs about it, lmao.
So I fought with this every step of the way, and I'm so glad to have it done and blocking. Didn't pin it because I wanted to see how it'd dry when my sister washes it.
