@malte yes I do. I also use automatic tagging or filtering, you can have folders that receive such tagged emails when applied during filtering or also have "search folders" that include messages matching a bunch of criteria.

Then, when converting to tasks, they could be saved to a CalDAV sync'ed task list, and from there to infinity and beyond :)
