Tom SheppardMy first purchase of #1Password was 2008-11-15. My last purchase was 1Pv7 2018-06-08. In that time I paid them $275.33 as I paid for each new upgrade. v7 allowed me to have local vaults and pay once. I was their customer to lose but when they decided that 1Pv8 was going to be cloud only and subscription only, they lost me.
The self-hosted #Bitwarden / #Vaultwarden transition was not too painful but I do miss the much more sophisticated 1P UI (at least until v7. I have no experience with v8).
