Inspired by EU digital rights debates, I'm seeking like-minded individuals to help found a non-profit organization to actively lobby for citizen digital sovereignty and open-source freedoms. The organization will educate the public on digital rights, address digital exclusion, promote FOSS solutions, and push for platform-independent alternatives to government services. I have been inspired, for want of a better word, to ditch US big tech.

My first move was to ditch windows for Linux. This was easier than I initially thought.

Best advice for anyone thinking of doing the same is to make sure Linux supports your WiFi adapter! Had to buy a WiFi dongle cos my laptop did not have a supported WiFi.

I am massively impressed with Linux (Ubuntu). Easy to use with loads of features and free!

Heute wieder Mal die Komfortzone verlassen und HERE WeGo anstatt Google Maps genutzt.
Fazit nach 60km Nutzung: hat gut funktioniert, so dass ich es weiternutzen werde.
