I bought the fabric for this quilt back in November of 2022, and I finally finished it on Saturday. It's by far the largest thing I've ever made, and it's been nice to have something I can pull out and work on kind of whenever. But it's nice to have it on our bed too!

Today was good! I baked bread, rode the exercise bike, cut back some of the ever-enthusiastic Brazillian Giant Sage in our yard, played Witcher 3 for a while, and worked on my quilt.

build this hanger for the jar and bottle so the bottle keeps filling up the jar when the jars water level drops to low.
from that stable water level i am feeding those Blumat ceramic cones with water by capillary force through their tubes.
Hah! Just uploaded everything to the tax accountant.
I did TWO THINGS today. I turned in the (hopefully) final big batch of corrections to an old music score to our director, AND I put together a spreadsheet comparing home insurance quotes from a couple of different agencies. (And went over the spreadsheet with my husband to start making decisions, but it's all insurance-related.) I feel Very Accomplished.
I finished putting together a moderately extensive document detailing the errors in our singing group's edition of a Palestrina mass, along with the fixes for all the errors, and have emailed it to our conductor.

Did some proof of concept for an enhancement of a project we did at university. The idea is to use the smartphone as input device for an party game.
Now that we have successfully connected Godot with our backend using the stomp protocol for websockets I'm very keen to see what we will build with the power of Godot in our hands. Our initial game was made in the browser using the physics engine matterjs.
