Another prototype! I'd been convinced that Staryu/Starmie might be my next muses, but then suddenly I noticed an anchor in the decorations on the Pokémon VGC stream and I pivoted hard.

I really love Dhelmise, I had it on my Alolan competitive team. I read that it was 12 foot tall and I love the idea that the full height is for the anchor, just like for a giant ship.
