ROMA (ITALPRESS) – “A differenza di quanto accadde quattro anni fa, oggi abbiamo strumenti più efficaci per contrastare la speculazione e stroncare la spirale inflattiva che allora falcidiò il potere d'acquisto delle famiglie. Con il decreto-legge n.5 del 14 gennaio 2023 abbiamo istituito un efficace sistema di monitoraggio sia sulla rete di distribuzione del carburante sia sull'intera catena del valore, anche sulla filiera alimentare, che ci consente di intervenire attivando, ove necessario, la Guardia di Finanza e gli altri organi di controllo. Anche per questo nel 2024 e nel 2025 il prezzo del carburante è rimasto a livelli contenuti, con effetti positivi anche sull'inflazione, che lo scorso anno è stata appena dell'1,5%, tra le più basse d'Europa”. A parlare, in un'intervista a La Stampa, è il ministro delle imprese e del Made in Italy, Adolfo Urso. “Il Comitato di allerta rapida – aggiunge – è stato attivato prontamente già una settimana fa e abbiamo realizzato una task force operativa in raccordo con la GdF. Con lo stesso decreto del 2023 abbiamo anche previsto la possibilità di attivare l'accisa mobile, ove la crescita superasse il parametro indicato nella precedente Nadef, al fine di utilizzare le maggiori risorse dell'Iva per tagliare l'accisa o per compensare direttamente consumatori e imprese. Ovviamente, tutto dipende dalla durata e dall'estensione del conflitto, che nessuno è in grado di prevedere”. “Interverremo in tempo per ridurre, per quanto possibile – prosegue – eventuali impatti su famiglie e imprese. Oggi abbiamo gli strumenti per farlo; nei prossimi giorni definiremo in che misura e con quali risorse”.Per Urso “l'Europa deve cambiare paradigma, subito. Deve far da sè, garantendo la propria autonomia strategica. Per quanto riguarda l'energia e le materie prime critiche, ma anche per quanto riguarda la Difesa e lo Spazio, le nuove frontiere della tecnologia, a cominciare dall'Ai e dal Quantum. La proposta del “Made in Europe” contenuta nell'Industrial Accelerator Act è un primo passo, ma non basta. Dobbiamo fare in fretta, perchè la guerra circonda l'Europa. The proposal of “Made in Europe” contained in the Industrial Accelerator Act is a first step, but it is not enough. We must act quickly, because the war surrounds Europe. We must accept the reality.
