I also had a cute interaction with some dude going around (In French). This morning while #deadlifting in the gym, my trainer literally meowed at me. And I'll be damned if that didn't help me eke out a 4th rep.

After the ups and downs of training this year, I was thrilled to land my 300lb deadlift in time for Plateslam this year. What a joy to have an excuse to try for a personal best – whatever form it takes – in an encouraging environment!
