5 minutes of one handed Kettlebell swings (10 reps/30seconds)
5 minutes combos on the heavy bag
Should've done barbell row on pull day but I just did it yesterday
really pretty good even full body workout, tomorrow will be bench/overhead press and probably basketball/bag
really wish my knees weren't too shot for squats
