Bestes Wetter heute zum Einspannen.

Nochmal 4,5 km mit einer Pause vor dem letzten km. Zu Beginn reguliert, dann in Eigenleistung mit offener Bremse. Schwerer Boden zum Teil. Am Ende von der Kraft her nachlassend, daher die Pause. Und die letzten 500 m ging's mit Hilfe in Intervallen ins Ziel.

Wir haben die ersten 4,5 km eingetütet. Der letzte km war noch wackelig, es war aber auch sehr warm und die Luftfeuchtigkeit hoch. Ich hab den letzten km deshalb in Intervallen unterstützt. Ansonsten hat Ylvi sich gut durchgebissen, 3,5 km waren gar kein Problem. Jetzt heißt es: weiter langsam steigern und höhere Distanzen festigen. Noch 3 Wochen bis zum ersten Rennen.

Ganz vergessen: Heute früh ging's für Ylvi und mich wieder in den Wald. 4 km insgesamt. 2 gebremst, 1 Min. Pause, 2 in Eigenleistung mit flottem "Zieleinlauf". Sie ist gut drauf und nach dem Training schnell wieder auf "Normaltemperatur". Morgen gehts für uns an die Müritz zum Trainingswochenende mit dem Verein @HauptstadtCanicross . 😊
