A few weeks ago, we were invited to suggest vegan recipes for this year’s Thanksgiving menu for the cafeteria. Marseille Williamson shared some excellent recipes, which I translated into Chinese and sent to the cafeteria. Although I didn’t receive any response, the recipes are still worth trying. Last week, Hof University of Applied Sciences welcomed the Dean of the Faculty of Business and Entrepreneurship of the DKU (German-Kazakh University) from Almaty, Dr. Assem Abdunurova, to the Hof campus. The core of the visit was a tour of the marketing research laboratory.
