In reading a review for the Marvel Multiverse RPG at @gnomestew, Jared mentions that he would like Rank 0 characters. As he said in the article, they are people who are dangerous only because of the weapons they have.
So I quickly sketched out Zero Level "Minons" for use by AIM, HYDRA, SHIELD, etc. Rank 1 and 2 characters should be able to deal with them while still needing to use som Focus to avoid problems.
More work to do
Today it's -30 to -40 F in wind chills, so the kids and I finally started our Marvel d616 game.
I did the intro Enter Hydra module. I learned to not worry about the rules as much as I had been. We all had a great time.
I have been converting the FASERIP Lands of Doom set for their next possible story arc. After defeating HYDRA, my son's Machine Telepathy provided clues about a Samkarian crisis. (I even made a Marvel map of Europe for them.)
I'm confused about the Marvel RPG. Is it even possible to purchase a PDF of the rulebook? All I see is the physical book and VTT integrations. What in the world?!
