It's enough to make you cry! I still haven't found a good approach to getting cycle time out of #Jira. It's impressive how the market leader in agile “project management” manages to make you non-agile.

This is Jira's definition of cycle time: “Understand your space's cycle time to see how quickly you ship value. Your cycle time is the time it takes a work item to go from first commit to last production deployment based on development and CI/CD data.”
