Trump's policy changed when he learned that the majority of deaths occurred in US food desserts and among blacks.

The #Trump 's #CovidResponse Case doesn't just make a case of criminal negligence.
Given his concern about his suffering tourist business (resorts & hotels) you can likely make a case of depraved heart murder. #DyingForTheStockMarket #FreeMichigan politicising/sabotaging äMaskProtection for political gain and personal vanity with an impact not just on the US.

Because of the Republican boycott of everything Obama, Obama had to use military funds to help finance the early years of RNA research. Other important research happened at the University of Mainz, state funded by the German tax payer.
And BioNTech lead scientists are kids of migrants.

So much minutia Trump & Reps rant against and hate.

An Understanding of Why Let it Rip is Happening.

tldr; it's business ( corporate profit seeking business ) as normal

Couldn't understand why #LetItRip has been the #CovidResponse of govs around the globe.

Then I read the article below about how 275 million deaths (EDIT 2.7 million only) a year in #Europe are facilitated by corporations actions so as to boost profits.

#Covid deaths of 2 million total just don't stack up against 2.7 million annual. (Edited)

Great narrative article, long & well worth the read. It's both philosophy & the why of the covid public health response - & - numbers and projections.

"The notion that you can’t eradicate it, therefore you must accept as much spread as is possible, that is just insane, on the face of it. I think the contradictions will become clearer as time goes on."

@That_AC @GregStolze @kashhill Good point.

But also look all over at Mass Media 'machines', creating the shape of truth, but without truth. Trump GOP Brexit CovidResponse Bolsonaro etc etc. Churning out crap, that has a format like coverage.

There needs to be development of AI to help filter shite out of the internet to cope with all the people who will be using AI to speed up their spraying shite operations. But spraying will get better funding than filtering, almost inevitably.

Is the current public health strategy for dealing with COVID working?

COVID-19 continues to run rampant, making a lot of Australians sick and killing many, even if we don't seem to be talking about it publicly as much.
