Interstate Licensure Compact for Social Work

NASW is partnering with the Association of Social Work Boards and the Clinical Social Work Association to develop the requirements for a licensure compact for social work, which is the first phase of a multi-year process culminating in the implementation of a compact in states that choose to participate.

March was National Social Work Month, a time to recognize the critical role social workers play in supporting individuals, families, and communities. Aspirus Health is honored to celebrate and acknowledge the contributions of the dedicated social workers who provide compassionate care and advocacy across various settings.
