NASW-WI Executive Director Marc Herstand provides an update on the Wisconsin Supreme Court’s January 16th hearing that could keep in place the rule banning several of Wisconsin’s mental health professions including social workers, from using conversion therapy. This case will also help reaffirm that professions in Wisconsin have the right to set their own rules and code of conduct.
