I wrote the letter and mailed it this morning. You can see it here.
I go past this house frequently, today it has a sign out front. But I’ve decided to not feel outrage. Instead I’m going to write a “dear neighbor” letter, along the lines of
“thank you for reminding all of us that we need to stop the epidemic of gun violence. Common sense gun reforms are at the top of nearly everyone’s list, because we’re all sick of gun violence. None of us should worry about being gunned down every time we are in a crowd.”
Remember... With #Guns, there are *NO* #Accidents!!
If someone is injured or killed, it is *ALWAYS* someone's fault!!
‼️ There are no such things as #accidents with #guns… period. ‼️
You either used a #firearm in a safe manner, or you didn't.
The resulting #injury and #death are on the gun owner/user.
Simple as that!
