Für das #Solarpaket I liegt weiterhin keine beihilferechtliche Genehmigung der EU-Kommission vor.

Die Kommission fordert einen sogenannten #ClawBack-Mechanismus zur Vermeidung von Überkompensation. Die #Bundesregierung kündigt eine entsprechende Anpassung im Erneuerbare-Energien-Gesetz an. Mit dem Paket sollen seit 2024 unter anderem #Photovoltaik, #Balkonkraftwerke und #AgriPhotovoltaik sowie die #Netzeinspeisung gestärkt werden.
