Esattamente 8 anni fa la mia tavoletta #Wacom si ruppe. Per farla riparare dovetti spedirla in Germania. Impiegarono più del doppio delle settimane preventivate per ripararla e rispedirmela indietro.
Ma alla fine (il 10 ottobre) arrivò.
Ma era la stessa? Le cose tra noi erano cambiate? Si era creata una frattura emotiva tra me e lei?
Perché sono cose che capitano nei rapporti sentimentali coll'hardware.

J'ai jamais mis d'écran de protection sur ma cintiq. L'ERREUR!
L'usure de l'écran, fait que les traits au centre deviennent flou.
Et pas certaine que je puisse y faire quoique ce soit.

Rebased to #Fedora #Kinoite from #Sway on my home desktop for Wacom support.

Wayland still isn't where I would like it to be for tablet support, but it is functional enough that I can use it with the right desktop. If I hit a wall on it I'll switch back to i3 on Arch Linux.

@dragonarchitect I'd recommend looking at a #Wacom #Cintiq tho, as they are excellent in quality and just work everywhere...

my partner has a cintiq that has not been in use for a while so i decided to set it up as a third monitor and also figure out how to map the wacom devices to one tablet. all turned out pretty easy and..

WOW , ive only ever used a non display type tablet and its just crazy how seameless drawing on the cintiq is .

want to make a little stand for it out of wood and such so decided to draw that first :)

Another piece from quite a few years ago I just dug up from an usb drive. I think this was probably made with an old wacom cintiq.

Out of a whim, I decided to get my 10 year old #Cintiq 13HD Companion Hybrid out of storage. #Wacom no longer supports this model, but I got it to run with their oldest driver that supports Windows 11.

I'm not sure what I will use it for, but it was fun trying out the different brushes with #krita . These days I use #Inkscape for most of my graphical design work, but it's nice to have options.
