Ok, I want to hear: what was on your #ChristmasMenu

We had: Pernil (roast pork shoulder), arroz con gandules (rice and pigeon peas), tostones (fried green plantain), maduros (fried sweet plantain), salad, arroz con dulce (Puerto Rican coconut rice pudding), and flan.

You? Are you still eating it? (We're just about done, but we did make a couple dozen pasteles so we'll enjoy those throughout the year)

Christmas entre plan:
20 Lb Ham
30-40 Popeye's Chicken Tenders

Given the historic low traction of turkey in our family we decided not to mess with it. We added the chicken tenders to just provide an easy alternative to ham.
