#PublicHealth experts like #ChrisWhitty seem to think that, in the absence of random-assignment double-blind studies, ignoring basic physics and engineering is an ok way to save money.

They also ignored many decades of research showing that many respiratory infections are #Airborne.

So we arrived at the start of Covid and wiped down surfaces and washed hands instead of wearing masks to filter the virus out from the air we breathed.
