Love #Baking and #Cooking, family has a history of it, yes, I’ve done lots of #SourDough but I've stopped now   #ChineseTakeaway and #ChineseTraditional cooking and eating is one of my flavourist but I cook anything, #International #Cuisine or #British (whatever that is) as long as it's not fish!  If I wasn’t working in #IT I would probably be trying to run a #Resturant, who knows maybe in my retirement!
