This Brown Bear clay can be a pain. It bloats, it warps, and most glazes just don't show up well. So, I wasn't confident these would turn out, but I love them.
The spouted mug was a happy accident, the result of a broken drumstick smacking the rim 🤷♂️
I've formed a little routine lately. I throw pots on the weekend and then spend the rest of the week slowly finishing them between other projects.
This week, I threw a few 3x4"(ish) mugs to practice wheel trimming, a few mini mugs that were scraps from my failed attempts, and the cauldron for my wife.
Here is the next batch from my #100Mugs100Ways project! 🎉 Today’s lineup: mugs 25–36. Each piece is a story of creativity and love for ceramics. 💫
Which one is your favorite?
