It’s also important to zoom out and look at the big picture; everything the Trump administration has done was done under cover of some manufactured ‘emergency’.
From the tariffs, to the concentration camps, to the rolling of the military on blue states, to the extrajudicial killings in the Caribbean; everything has been ‘authorized’ by some sort of ‘emergency’ powers.
Trump wants Canada, but to justify the annexation he needs to provoke some kind of ‘emergency’ to make that happen.
It’s pretty clear that Smith’s UCP are sock-puppets for the MAGA regime. And it’s also clear that Smith intends to provoke a ‘national crisis’ by stirring the separatist pot and shitting all over the constitution. Everything they are doing is straight out of the #HeritageFoundation #Project2025 playbook.
