#Sunset over #Porthmadog tonight.

I gotta be honest, it was raining and cold and shitty all day and I didn't want to go outside just to try to take some damn pictures that I would probably hate anyway. But then I did and I got to see the sky change into #CottonCandy colours which was kind of okay, I guess.

I just randomly remembered when 10yr old me looked up sugar floss in grandma's cookbook from the 1920s. Cheap candy floss machines weren't sold in Sweden yet, and I wanted to make my own. The recipe (abbr,)
•oil your hands
•secure a clean stick with your knees
•take a öump of hot, melted sugar with your bare hands
•throw the lump around the stick so strands of melted sugar form a floss

It was a _bit_ more hardcore than I anticipated.
