The California Privacy Protection Agency (CPPA) released a request for comments on a proposed rule-making regarding cyber security audits, risk assessments, and automated decision-making.

Entitled: "INVITATION FOR PRELIMINARY COMMENTS ON PROPOSED RULEMAKING CYBERSECURITY AUDITS, RISK ASSESSMENTS, AND AUTOMATED DECISIONMAKING"
