Ah, just saw that #CPDPconference #CPDP2023 is happening this week so here’s your yearly reminder that this “privacy” conference is sponsored by Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.
In other words, it is bullshit.
Shame on those who continue to legitimise it by attending and speaking at it.
The CPDP.ai 2025 Call for Papers is addressed to all researchers who wish to present their papers at the next Computers, Privacy and Data Protection conference. CPDP.ai is an annual three-day conference devoted to privacy and data protection. The 18th edition of CPDP.ai will be held on 21-23 May 2025 in Brussels. Whilst a number of speakers are specifically invited by the conference, several slots remain open to application through an annual call for papers.
