In drei Planübungen wird die Reaktion auf digitale Störungen und „hybride Bedrohungen“ simuliert. Einer der Bösewichte ist eine „Antiglobalisierungsgruppe“, die nur Krawalle will und diese als Demonstrationen tarnt. Dieser Gegner ist dem Szenario zufolge besonders aktiv in Sozialen Medien und wird
