Has anyone tried using @floccus and #Nextcloud Bookmarks as collaborative bookmarking / shared knowledge base?
Here’s an example of what I have in mind:
• bookmark folder (b.f.) “home improvement”, “shops” and “funny” RW shared with family
• b.f. “geeky stuff” and w/ local hackerspace
• b.f. “books, libraries and book stores” w/ reading club
• b.f. “FOSS compliance” w/ a group of professional colleagues
If an #AI / #LLM bot ignores my robots.txt does that count as if the company behind it is circumventing #DRM / #TPM and therefore in breach of #copyright laws? 
Can a omniscent god have an original idea? If not, would we still offer them copyright protection?
(let’s assume they’re not omnipotent and they care)
Just had a weird #CanOfWorms thought regarding #AI and #copyright.
There is an ongoing debate whether AI-generated content are copyrightable works (and who holds those rights).
Typically this gets stuck with how AI works.
But we don’t know how our brains operate either, yet we have some originality tests in place already.
How about we just simply apply the test that if it looks similar enough, the AI operator has to prove the AI was not inspired by the other work?

Does/could copying snippets of code e.g. from StackOverflow count as pastiche? Under which conditions?

I suggest to implement `git nemesis` in #Git …like `git blame`, but to show who overwrites whose code
I always felt “followers” as a term a bit extreme – gives me Life of Brian vibes. Somehow “(cyber-)stalkers” sounds more appropriate, but on the other hand also very wrong 🤷
BTW, I hereby declare tooted brainfarts as “brainpoots”!
